What to Expect When You Reach Out to Us?
At A Perfect Clean we value our relationships with our customers. Those relationships begin and are nurtured through great communication. Our goal is to make the entire process easy and seamless for you.This why we keep you in the loop every step of the way. You never have to wonder where we are in the process of taking care of your home or business.
We use the following communication process:
First Contact – When you reach out to us through our website or call us during normal business hours, one of our team members will typically within an hour. If it’s after hours, we will contact you first thing the next business day. Estimate- From the moment you reach out to us, we will schedule an in-person estimate within 24 hours. You will receive an email or text confirming the appointment. One of our uniformed technicians will come to your home or business at the scheduled time to assess the job. If you are home, we will go over the estimate with you and as well as any recommendations. We will also send you a copy of the estimate via email or text. Once you approve the estimate and work to be performed, we will schedule the next available opening that fits your schedule. You will receive an appointment confirmation through email or text.
Work Performed – On the day before the job starts, you will receive an appointment reminder. On the day of the appointment, a member of our team will call you to let you know that they are on the way. When we arrive at your home, the team members will be uniformed with A Perfect Clean apparel making it easy to identify us. They will introduce themselves and go over the work to be performed before beginning. Once the work is complete, they will do a walk through with you to make sure you are satisfied with our work. If you are not home, or exterior work was performed such as gutter cleaning, we will take before and after pictures and share them with you.
Follow up – On the day after the appointment, one of our team members will call you to get feedback on the work performed and ensure you are satisfied not only with our work but also with the overall experience with A Perfect Clean.
